Album Review: Dark Lane Demo Tapes
Drake has released his first mixtape in a while (the last one was More Life in 2017), and after months of single releases and leaks, it's finally here. Does it live up to all of that hype that kinda seems ignored?
There were already a bunch of singles that were released. I find Chicago Freestyle to be the best one of the bunch. Toosie Slide seemed like a water down version of In My Feelings, and I don't the dance made it out as much as Drake wanted. And War was just bland. Besides Drake experimenting with a UK trap flow, there's not a lot that will have me remember this one.

Album Review: After Hours
Finally, after 4 years, The Weeknd has released another studio album (no My Dear Melancholy doesn't count because that's an EP). Was it worth the wait?
First off, the singles that were released before, Heartless and Blinding Lights, are god-like, though I'd choose Heartless as the better of the two. As for everything else, it ranges from 80s pop vibes to slow night vibes. I do appreciate the variety in the moods it has.
Plus, this album was dedicated to a long time fan and host of the popular XO Podcast, Lance, who sadly passed away before this album was released. (RIP)
Overall, this is worth the listen if you enjoy listening to some experimental R&B and want to have a bit of an 80s vibe.

Album Review: LUV vs. The World 2
Well I guess we're doing this again... Eternal Atake wasn't even out for a week and we already have a deluxe version/new album. For this review, I'll be covering the LUV vs. The World 2 portion.
One thing that makes this stand out is that it involves the leaked tracks of EA. Now while I did enjoy the final product of EA, I thought, "Maybe Uzi should've just put one or two leaked songs on the album." This is what people are referring to as "The EA We Should've Gotten". The first 3 tracks were the ones that I anticipated the most, and I'm glad we got the released versions with actual good quality. Though I would've also loved Zoom and 1600 to be in there.

Album Review: Eternal Atake
It's here! Eternal Atake has finally been released after almost 2 years of leaks, date delays, and an abusive record label! But was it worth the Eternal Await? (you knew i was eventually gonna put that pun there, i had to get it over with)
So let's talk about the songs that I liked. I've had a lot of enjoyment from many songs. They ranged from hard trap, spacey-happy vibes, and a more chill depressing mood. I do appreciate the versatility of the albums. Though I didn't like a couple of beats, especially the one on Silly Watch. (the hell was that?)
Overall, it was a really great album. Though it was a bit underwhelming at times, I definitely would be revisiting this album.
